Thank God Jesus Doesn't Have a Short Fuse!

Can you imagine going through life never running into a person with a short fuse?  Human nature thrives on emotion, drama and conflict.  News broadcasts attracts their audience for the most part from all the bad sensational news.  It's mostly bad news that we hear and that's okay.  As a prayer warrior I discovered many years ago if we would pray about all the bad stuff going on in the world that comes across our TV screens that the world would be a safer place and God could continue to work to draw people to Jesus...they would be saved and get to go to heaven so I began praying about the news!  Now you know how News and Prayer came about.

My heart would break when I saw reports of child abductions...that led to murders of innocents little children...so I began to pray about it.  My heart would break when I would hear about an airliner crashing and hundreds of people die.  When I see a high speed chase on the news I begin to pray!  I think God is allowing this to be on the news for me to pray about.

When the Challenger disaster happened in front of our eyes live...is officially when I became an intercessary prayer warrior.  My longest prayer assignment in the beginning was the first gulf war.  I prayed for the troops day and night, night and day for the entire months it was going on.

Now I am still praying for our troops.  It is heart breaking to see the news report that this has been the deadliest month in Afghanistan.

Lately I have been attacked myself.  This is a normal thing that happens to Christians.  The devil hates God and by attacking God's children it's the only way he can get back at God.  Satan is the accuser of the brethren.  We aren't perfect but the enemy loves to take full advantage of our weaknesses and imperfections.  Jesus Christ did not come into this world to condemn.  He isn't the one who attacks His own children.

I thank God Jesus Christ doesn't have a short fuse.  When we blow it He is not there with a hammer and rejection button saying ooops you blew it....talk to the hand.  Jesus Christ is the most awesome man alive!  He is the most awesome human alive!  He is the Savior!  He is the perfect one!  He did not come into this world to condemn but to save.

But....humans on the other hand!  Wow!  I am shocked sometimes how condemning imperfect
people can be.  I'm not talking about the political side of things in life, in our country, in this world, in daily life.  I am just shocked at how short the fuse is of some people!  It's that double standard.  Wow!  So just bring it on devil!  I'm here!  Go ahead and use my imperfections against me!  Attack me some more!  I'm ready!  I simply rest in the Lord, in His grace and peace while going through it!

I will come out on the other side not smelling like smoke, not burned, not a trace of the devil's stench on me!  I forgive!  I bless my enemies!  I thank Jesus for His forgiveness!  HIS GRACE IS SUFFICIENT FOR ME!  I'm not perfect!  Nobody is!  I forgive those who have attacked me lately!  I don't know why some things happen as they do!  I say oh well!

Hallelujah!  God is good!  He keeps us safe from harm!  They can attack in the flesh but God is the one who can throw us in hell!  I'm glad I'm saved!  I'm glad for the mercy of God!  He's such a good God!  I love you Jesus!  You took the nails for me!  Your hands were pierced for me!  I will NEVER live up to man's standards!!!  I'm glad Jesus is my best friend and provider!

God bless my readers!  Have a great day knowing Jesus Christ does NOT have a short fuse!  He did NOT come into the world to condemn you!  You can relax!  The JOY of the Lord is your strength!

Amy Winehouse - Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow

I don't know a lot about this girl.  I'm sure many of you do.  I just do know she has had some trouble in her life....and that she has a GREAT VOICE!  I am praying for her.

If You're Going Thru Some Hell!

If you're going through hell, keep going.  Winston Churchill

As Christians there are times when we go through things that are just so beyond our ability to explain.  Sometimes you can't explain.  Other times you can't explain details.  Just know sometimes as a Christian you WILL go through some hell.  Lately, that's what I've been going through.  And I KNOW it's going to turn out all okay.  It's just so uncomfortable.  And when you get through what seems the worse of it, hang on because you may not be finished with it yet.  As you come out of a big trial it still doesn't "feel" good necessarily of course.

These are times when when you definitely don't want to panic.  The enemy could be breathing fire out his nostrils.  The less emotional you get, the better.  If he can't pin one on you...his excuse to attack you even more over say an emotional fit in protest of the trial, then the less for him to keep you from total victory.  Keep your mouth shut if you need to.  Just start praising Jesus Christ and plead the blood of Jesus.

Okay, you still may go through it but you have to keep going.  I'll talk more later..maybe...about these kinds of trials.  In the meantime thank you for your prayers.  This prayer warrior will rise again and the devil will be sorry he ever messed with me!

Working Together For My Good Quickly

I think the Lord must be doing a QUICK work so He is using a demon from hell to make it happen sooner.  Knowing how good God is I HAVE to believe that this is going to all turn out way better than I could imagine.  We go from glory to glory.

The demon in this case must be so scared but has no soul.  The sad thing about it is that no matter HOW desperate one gets for money, you can not treat people with disrespect in the process.  Especially true is that you can NOT treat an annointed woman of God with such disrespect and expect to get away with it.

The tragic thing is that I feel sorry for the person who allow this demon to push him around.  He must be so afraid and has succumbed to being a coward in his own home.  That's just not cool!

So good night my friends.  Sleep well!  See you in the morning with some praise reports I hope!  In the Mighty Name of Jesus!  Amen

CBN Video on Artist Ron DiCianni Paints The Resurrection of Jesus Christ

Raymond Hayes is a good friend of mine I met through Cyber Pastor and Annieb's Do The Right Thing Radio and he emailed me the link to this story of Artist Ron DiCianni.  Ron was on Pat Robertson's CBN TV show March 30.  Watch the video here--> CBN Video.

If the same Spirit of Him Who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, [then] He Who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also restore to life your mortal (short lived, perishable) bodies through His Spirit Who dwells in you.  Romans 8:11 Amplified Bible

Morons at Imperial Valley Press Mock Injury of Marine Vet Running for Congress

Watch the video first and then read the story HERE

Nick Popaditch is a Republican running for congress against Democrat incumbent Bob Filner in the 51st district of California, location of the massive 7.2 Easter Day earthquake.  I'm sure the cartoon's mockery is designed to sway the population the other way so the people will vote for Bob Filner.  But you are cheep and cruel Imperial Valley Press to use the injury sustained by our brave USMC hero to buy your freedom of speech for political purposes like this.

I pray God's mercy on you and hope He will turn this around for Nick's good and the good of his campaign and that he will win over Bob Filner.  I pray for the people of El Centro and Calexico and the surround areas that their eyes be opened and vote RIGHT...according to knowledge, truth, justice and righteousness and that Nick will win and take over Bob Filner's seat in Congress.

I hope the cartoon backfires on their desire to keep Nick out of office.  We'll see.  I encourage anybody that has read this blog to write and/or call the editor of Imperial Valley Press to express yourselves on the sick cartoon below.   Thank you and God bless!  Wanda Gladwill

Eric Holder Admits No Equality Under Hate Crimes Bill

Eric Holder works for the obama administration and in this video being questioned by congress repeatedly avoids answering the question.  He keep alluding to people that in the past have been discriminated against.  Of course we all know he is talking about blacks, Hispanics and gays.  Of course this law would not apply to white nor Jewish people because we all know the entire world hates whites, Christian and Jews.

They accuse us of trying to start a race war but they have never stopped the race war.  Blacks have a hard time dropping it so they keep it going, then blame whites for keeping it going.  It's twisted I know.

And not all blacks do this of course.  But some of the ones who don't and yet speak against this race war that many blacks keep going are persecuted as being an Uncle Tom.  These blacks that accuse other blacks of being Uncle Tom are simply jealous of many successful blacks.  They are angry at their "brother" because that black person who doesn't keep the race war going down through the ages refuses to engage in this behavior that only keeps people down.

These accused Uncle Toms don't blame white man for their problems nor bring up the slave issue continually.  They have forgiven and forgotten and got on with their life and are thankful they live in the United States of America.

Eric Holder is talking about all those black people who in the past (and I know there are still some prejudices..many going on today) have been persecuted for their race.

The problem here is that this "Hate Crime Bill" does not cover white, caucasian, Christian or any of those non Hispanic, Non Black, Non gay people.  It clearly is unfair and sides against our Constitution that all people are created equal.

Please feel free to comment

Too Political? Jesus Was Too! You're in Good Company!

Then the high priest questioned Jesus about His disciples and about His teaching.  High priest...someone in authority...a position of power...questioned Jesus about His disciples...His followers...about His teaching...what he believed and taught...proclaimed.

Jesus answered him.  I have spoken openly to the world.  I have always taught in a synagogue and in the temple [area], where the Jews [habitually] congregate (assemble); and I have spoken nothing secretly.  Do you speak openly to the world?  Maybe you use the social networks...Twitter..Facebook...blogs...to get your point across...what you believe....how you feel about things in the world...your world, your nation.  You say everything out in the open where everybody that you allow....according to your privacy settings can see what you write.  Or it may be open to everyone.

If you do then you may find your self as Jesus did...in hot water with the authorities.  Authorities can be a potential employer.  What if they don't like what you have to say, how you say it?  I can understand.  They may not want the way you think, talk, believe, vote...on their team.  They may see it as a threat to their agenda, to their business.  Of course discrimination in the work place is illegal but if you haven't been hired yet...that's a loophole ahead of time for a potential employer.  Isn't it nice they can check you out ahead of time......and judge you.  LOL  Whoa!

The high priests certainly didn't like Jesus.  They hated him.  He didn't have free speech that's for sure.  He spoke freely out in the open and he spoke TRUTH.  He was and is the very essence of truth.  But they didn't like it.  He went to the cross for it.  You may go to the cross so to speak for speaking truth.  You may not receive that nice job, position with that company because you're too political.  It doesn't matter even if you were to do those things on the side of your job having nothing to do with their company...their business.

That's too bad.  They could be passing up a very qualified and great person for their company.  Maybe they haven't even given guidelines for what they require of you, but feel they can judge you anyway ahead of time.  Even though it's not clear what your position is because they haven't made it clear, yet reject you for how you think, speak, write, twitter, facebook, blog, etc.  You're possibly on the team but since we now have social media employers can check you out ahead of time.  Wow!  You don't even work for them yet...you don't even receive a paycheck but they can pre-screen you on your social network sites.  That's great!

But are you going to stop being yourself now?  Gain the whole world and loose your soul.  If you do then you loose and they may gain temporarily.  If you don't stop being yourself and they don't hire you.  They may be judged by God in ways you'll never know or understand.  There may not be an outright knowledge of how He is holding them accountable but think of the blessings they may have lost out on for rejecting you.  Some companies are blessed just because you work for them.  Some people are blessed because you are in their circle.  When you leave the blessings may leave...it depends on God's will.

Jesus was rejected not only by the very people He created and died for.  He was rejected as a King.  He is King of kings and Lord of Lords but the authorities didn't like what He had to say.

Jesus said if they do it to me, they will do it to you.  Follow Jesus and you'll get thrown to the dogs!  LOL so to speak!

It's okay!  Look what happened to Jesus in the end!  Yes He died for all our sins, went to hell and took the keys to death, hell and the grave, was raised from the dead and now sits at the right..RIGHT hand of the Father.  All power and authority on earth and in heaven belong to Him.  God has exalted Him to the highest power and authority.

You aren't Jesus, but one day those that rejected you may see you in a higher position than you're in now...than even they are in.  God works like that.  He puts one down and picks one up.  He LOVES to show Himself strong on our behalf.

Peter failed the test when he was questioned about knowing Christ.  Was he too embarrassed to be seen with the seemingly failure?  Jesus wasn't a failure we all know that but Peter denied him three times.  Peter denied the truth.  Peter denied TRUTH HIMSELF...Jesus Christ!

What is your truth?  Are you called to preach the Gospel?  Are you called into politics?  Are you a blogger?   Do you twitter and Facebook?  Do you try to speak from your heart openly?  You will be rejected my some and many.  Especially if you are speaking the truth that you know.

Are you going to fail the test?  Are you going to be a man pleaser?  Are you going to sell out for 30 coins?  for money..for that job you've been dreaming of?  Go ahead!  Throw your principles away for 30 coins.  Someone will applaud you for it.  But in the end you'll weep bitter tears you didn't go with your heart.

I'm just sayin'

Just talking here.

Dr. Charles Stanley Pastor - On The Frightening Condition Our Country is in Via Joshu P. Allem

Turning The Tide

Never before have I seen Dr. Charles Stanley address the congregation in a manner such as this. This was gutsy, this was bold, and obviously done after much prayer. In this July 4th address, Dr. Stanley lays out why we are in serious and imminent danger of losing our country to a tide of thought and ideology that will ultimately destroy it. He mentions key factors in this turning tide such as the present condition of our electorate, the financial crisis, the move toward socialism, the war against Jesus Christ, turning away from Israel, the announcement that we are no longer a Christian nation, the support for the killing of the unborn, the departure from the Biblical view of Marriage, and the overwhelming increase of national disasters. And then finally, in order to turn the tide, Dr. Stanley makes several pleas to join him in unceasing prayer for America to return to the Christian principles upon which it was founded.

Thank you Joshua.  Founding Word

I will continue to be praying.  I have never stopped!  I am so glad to see the call to prayer from Dr. Stanley.  I am so glad to see him speak us about this.  Since Obama became President we have not heard anything at all from the church so to speak..TV evangelists, etc.  We need to hear them.  They need to speak UP!  A lot of Christians drank the Kool aid!  We need to turn this big ship America around before it hits the iceberg.  Thank you Dr. Stanley for this great sermon to our nation!

Tiny Living Faith Does Not Equal Unbelief!

Most of the Scripture below is from Matthew 17 Amplified Bible.

17.  And Jesus answered, O you unbelieving (warped, wayward, rebellious) and thoroughly perverse generation!  How long am I to remain with you?  How long am I to bear with you?  Bring him here to Me.

The Lord calls unbelief being warped, wayward and rebellious.  He does not specify between believers and unbelievers in this verse.  He is calling them all unbelievers.  In the Old Testament God was most upset with His own people when they walked in unbelief.  He got pretty disgusted with them each time He would give them a miracle and then they would lapse back into unbelief.  I wonder if He has that same disgust with us who live in the New Testament times.

I'm not sure it would be disgust, but if not getting our prayers answered is the result of unbelief then I want unbelief OUT of my life.  I am a prayer warrior, an intercessor so it's really important that I pray in FAITH, not unbelief.  Why pray, why be an intercessor if you don't expect God to answer your prayers for people and situations?  That is totally stupid!  I would also like faith to work in my own life for my own needs, wants, desires according to His will.

Unbelief is something we all live with.  I mean it's pretty natural not to believe in something supernatural.  We aren't use to it.  We live in a natural world.  We are brought up to think naturally for the most part unless you are raised by parents that teach faith-supernatural living from the being of your life.  It's important that we believe in the super natural but it's really important that we believe in the RIGHT supernatural and that is the power of the Holy Spirit through Jesus Christ and God the Father.

Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, today and forever.  If He performed miracles back then, we have to believe in miracles today.  Whatever it is according to His will, we have to believe.  It's according to His will also where people get off base.  Faith applies more than just to healing.

Some people pray "if it by thy will" for things they need to fully believe for.  He used "if it be thy  will" referring to going into another town...doing this or that James 4:13-17.  We KNOW it is God's will for us to live a good life...be healthy..have all our needs met, etc. from reading all the other scriptures.  I believe what He is saying here is for things such as is it your will to marry so and so, or go into this business or that...for things like that where His will is very much unknown.

"I came to give you LIFE and LIFE MORE ABUNDANT" so we KNOW it's will for you to have life, live and live an abundant life.  That also means not just materialistic.  It starts with the spirit, soul, then body.  It starts with being born again.  As you read the Word and learn it and His character and as you are led by the Holy Spirit He will lead you in your prayers and what to definitely believe for.

18.  And Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of him, and the boy was cured instantly.

Jesus did NOT put up with that demon that was tormenting that young man with epilepsy.  We need to be as BOLD as Jesus and rebuked the devil when we see him at work bringing on sickness, disease, distress, trouble.  We need to have FAITH in God's supernatural power and the power of His Word.  "By His stripes we WERE healed.  By His stripes we ARE healed"!

19.  Then the disciples came to Jesus and asked privately, Why could we not drive it out?

20.  He said to them,  Because of the littleness of your faith [that is, your lack of firmly relying trust].  For truly I say to you, if you have faith [that is living] like a grain of mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, Move from here to yonder place, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you.

21.  But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.   Matthew 17:17-21

God loves simple I do know that.  When we out of our "own understanding" and intellect try to complicate things...reading things into it that really aren't there, etc. then we may be way off base where the Lord is concerned and it won't profit us anything.  "My Words are spirit and they are life."  "The flesh profits nothing."

I don't like to waste time so doing things in the flesh is a waste of time to me.  Let break this down a little more here.

This was a man in the multitude of people who approached Jesus.  He actually knelt before Jesus.  He must have known who Jesus was or at least perceived the powers that He had and also honored His Lordship.  And I think he was very desperate.  He had a situation.  He humbled himself before the Lord from his heart I believe and asked that Jesus pity and have mercy on his son.  His son suffered "terribly" from epilepsy.  (verses 14-15)

The disciples asked Jesus why they couldn't drive the devil out of this young boy.  Jesus called it littleness of faith.  I have to admit my faith it little all the time!  I confess!  I really do live in unbelief more than the Lord would like in my opinion.  I would not make a claim to being this woman full of big, great faith at all.  I know I am a woman of faith.  And I've even been accused of being a "devout Christian" LOL.  People use those kinds of words sometimes when they hate you and can't stand you, or disagree with you, or just plain don't understand you.  So they team up with the devil...(the devil is the the accuser of the brethren) and use those words against you.  "And she calls herself a "devout Christian".  I will NEVER call myself that and give the enemy a crack into my life like that.  Those are "religious" words.  I know what good people mean when they use them for good purpose, but really, I don't like to allow myself to be so confined in a little religious box by being defined as a "devout Christian".  Because the minute you mess up, or people simply perceiving you messed up because they are narrow minded, unbelievers and/or religious people that live in a little tiny religious box,  or someone doesn't agree with the truth you see then they can use it against you.

I will end with this.  My small faith which is LIVING ..tiny as a grain of mustard seed...is in a HUGE, BIG, MOST POWERFUL ALMIGHTY GOD!  When I am weak, He is strong.  He gets ALL the glory!

America The Beautiful : Ray Charles '91

This is one of my favorite renditions of America The Beautiful!  Nobody does it better than Ray Charles!  God bless his soul!  God bless America on this 4th of July Independence Day!  God bless you all!

Oh beautiful, for heroes proved,
In liberating strife,
Who more than self, our country loved,
And mercy more than life,
America, America, may God thy gold refine,
Till all success be nobleness
And every gain devined.
And you know when I was in school,
We used to sing it something like this, listen here:
Oh beautiful, for spacious skies,
For amber waves of grain,
For purple mountain majesties,
Above the fruited plain,
But now wait a minute, I'm talking about
America, sweet America,
You know, God done shed his grace on thee,
He crowned thy good, yes he did, in a brotherhood,
From sea to shining sea.
You know, I wish I had somebody to help me sing this
(America, America, God shed his grace on thee)
America, I love you America, you see,
My God he done shed his grace on thee,
And you oughta love him for it,
Cause he, he, he, he, crowned thy good,
He told me he would, with brotherhood,
(From sea to shining sea).
Oh Lord, oh Lord, I thank you Lord
(Shining sea).

God Bless America! Happy 4th of July Independence Day!

We declared our independence from England to be a free nation.  We are the United States of America.  We declare our independence to continue to be free!  Here are a few songs that express my gratitude.

Thank you for watching and listening to each music video.  It expresses what I feel today as we celebrate our Independence Day RIGHT here in the good old U.S.A.  God bless You and your family today!

Enjoy America's freedom!  It's a gift from God!

Thankfulness is what we need to be everyday to God for the country that we live in and for those who fight for it and for those who have died for it!

And I personally thank my God Jesus Christ.  For it is from this great nation that we are free to worship Him.  Free from sin and free from religion.  And from this freedom we are able to send the Gospel to all nations.  Not to bind it up in religion and oppress it as religion does, but to simply offer the plan of Salvation and give people a choice in what we as Christians believe to be the way to heaven and have eternal life.  It's your choice, their choice.  Thank God for America!  We couldn't live this free anywhere else on earth.

Want to talk about freedom?  We have it all RIGHT here in America!
